Showcasing the creativity and expertise of Master Chef Kiminobu Saito, this dining experience offers the highest level of food, beverage and hospitality that Sushi Note can provide. Omakase (ō-mə-‘kä-(,)sā) from Japanese 'to entrust' (任せる) or 'I'll leave it up to you’.
